What if the app isn't working?

First, try closing it and opening it again, and check you're connected. Then make sure you have the latest version of the app downloaded. If it's still not right, take a screenshot or two of what you're seeing — including any error message — and email them to [email protected]. It helps to say what you were trying to do, what happened instead, and what device you're on. A real person will pick it up.
