Soon he'll also be able to find your bills and check them month to month against your meter, your tariff and the rules suppliers have to follow. And with your say-so, he'll be able to deal with your providers for you, under a letter of authority, including moving you to a better deal when there is one, and writing to your providers about complaints, wrong bills and better prices. He'll let you know when something needs you, and remember your providers and dates.
