With Hello Bill Limited, the UK company behind helloBill. Our systems are hosted for us by Amazon Web Services (AWS) in London, your information is encrypted, and we handle it in line with UK GDPR. Some of the companies that help us run helloBill, such as our AI, email, security and analytics providers, process information outside the UK. Where that happens, we rely on the UK's adequacy rules or its approved safeguards. On our own websites, we only use analytics and advertising cookies if you say yes. helloBill uses your information to set up the services you chose, to run your account and to answer your questions. We do not sell your personal data as individual leads, and we only send you marketing if you've agreed to it.

To run your service, your details are seen by your providers when you approve an action, our payments provider, the partner you came to us through if that sharing was explained to you, and the companies that help us run helloBill, such as hosting, security, email, analytics and the AI model behind Bill. Our Privacy notice and our Suppliers and subprocessors page explain who they are and why.
