Does helloBill have my password, and how is my account protected?

There's no password to have. When you need to sign in or finish a form, we email you a secure link instead, so there's nothing for helloBill to store or lose and nothing to guess, leak or reuse somewhere else. Each link stops working after a set time, and if yours has, you can ask for a new one. The link is your key, so don't forward our emails to anyone. Your data is encrypted while it travels and while it's stored. If you connect accounts to Bill when he launches, you'll log in to your email or bank on their own screens, so he never sees those passwords either. If anything ever looks wrong with your account, email [email protected] and a real person will look into it.
