helloBill will never ask for your password or card details, and Bill won't ask for them in the chat. Scammers can fake a sender's name and email address, so don't rely on the address alone. If a set-up needs more details, we may email you a link to a short form, but if a message you weren't expecting asks for payment or personal details, or anything feels off, don't click any links or reply. Take a screenshot and send it to [email protected] and we'll check whether it's genuine.
