Check your spam or junk folder first; these emails sometimes land there. Make sure you're checking the inbox of the email address you gave us. Each link stops working after a set time, so if yours has expired, ask for a new one: if you were signing in, request a new link where you signed in. If it was a link to a form, or it never arrived, email [email protected] from any address and helloBill will send a new one.
