GoCardless, a payments provider authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority under the Payment Services Regulations 2017, captures and checks your bank details. helloBill then passes them to the providers you approved, and each provider sets up its own Direct Debit. Every Direct Debit is protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee, through your provider and your bank, so you can cancel at any time and you're entitled to an immediate refund if a payment is ever taken in error.
