My new energy supply hasn't started yet: how long does it take?

Setting up a new energy supply usually takes around five working days from the point it's submitted. Once it's set up, your new supplier will contact you directly with your contract information and bills. You also have a 14-day cooling-off period with your new supplier — they'll confirm the dates in the contract information they send you.
