No. Tell your water supplier the date you actually moved out as soon as you can. If the property was metered, you can be charged for water used after you left until they have your dates, so have a tenancy agreement or completion statement to hand as evidence. If you've already been billed for a period after you left, ask for the bill to be reviewed.
