My new energy supply hasn't started yet. How long does it take?

Setting up a new energy supply should take up to five working days from when your new supplier receives the request, unless you've chosen a later start date. Once it's set up, your new supplier will contact you directly with your contract information and bills. You have 14 days to change your mind, starting from when your new supplier confirms your contract. Other services vary.
